Park Hyatt Chicago - Chicago, USA 

If we are in Chicago again we will definitely not hesitate to stay at this hotel. It is unbelievably quiet & very clean. Each & every member of the staff we fastidious & polite. We took advantage of the use of the house town car twice which is not only a savings but more comfortable than taking a taxi. We ate at Nomi for breakfast every day as this was included in our stay. The food was as good as the best breakfasts we have ever had in our travels. Had cocktails out on the patio of the restaurant one afternoon which was very relaxing. I can't express how attentive the wait staff & hotel staff were during our entire stay. Everyone working the concierge desk was very helpful. The location is perfect & in walking distance of many attractions. And did I say CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN..which is a big pet peeve of mine. I never got to meet the manager but hats off to him for developing & training a fine staff!

I have just returned from a stay at the Park Hyatt. The hotel is stylish and luxurious, the service could not be more attentive. You feel save at night. The beds are beyond all description and it is not easy to stand up and leave the room in the morning. We had dinner and breakfast at Nomi. The restaurant offers absolutely stunning views and an elegant atmosphere. The location is unbeatable: in the middle of everything. Stay there and escape from everyday reality.
