Stayed there on a business trip and I was thoroughly un-impressed. The fitness center is old, outdated and poorly maintained. The pool hours make it virtually un-accessible to anyone visiting on a business trip. The restaurant can't get an order right and the bed springs were poking me in the back all night. All in all, I felt the $114 per night I had to pay was inexcuseably high. I've stayed in many better hotels for alot less.

The location is convenient.......That's about the only thing I enjoyed about my stay.

I liked the value of the hotel. It was very crowded in the swimming pool and whirlpool. We stayed for two nights.
We were misled when we were told it was 15 minutes away from chicago. It was about 30 minutes away. My daughter also left an outfit in the dresser in our room and I called the hotel to see if it had been found and the guy who answered the phone said he would let someone know when they came in. I was kind of upset about it because it seemed like he did not care that we left her $60 outfit.
