We arrived early and when we checked in, we were offered a room and also informed that we could be upgraded due to our Priority Club Membership.
The cleanliness and the knowledge of the hotel's staff was far above expectations.
The bar was a bit disappointing in that the drinks were poorly made with ice that overflowed onto the cocktail table when served. There were several bartenders behind the bar and we eventually had to walk up to the bar and order our own drinks. Other than that experience--we were delighted with our stay and hope to return soon.

The Intercontinental Hotel is centrally located in dwontown Chicago. It was walking distance to Navy Pier, Grant Park, Rush Street, and of course is located right on Michigan Avenue. The staff was extremely friendly and the rooms were clean. The valet parking was also very convienvent. For our next trip to Chicago we plan on staying at the Intercontinental.
