Hotels can not get much better than this. Three choices of places to eat within walking distance, less than 5 minutes. Very helpful staff. Will book again on my next flight.

Overall good place to stay. Positive: Overall friendly employees, big rooms, HBO television, reliable roomservice, walking distance to USMLE CS test center ; negative: shower head leaked all over the place, front desk called me and knocked on my door after 10:30pm before my exam day, asking something whether I had a brother coming in as well (no, i don't), asked me to call the front desk, they told me: "Found the mistake, It's okay." Yeah, whatever that was about.

This is the worst hotel that I've ever stayed in. The service at the front desk is below minimal if any at all. The people at the reception were extremely rude and unhelpful. They have recently renovated but it sure doesn't look like any work as done. The room I stayed in had mold in the corners, wallpaper was separating from the walls. You could see the brown rusted pipes behind the shower head and tub spout. Showering was a awful experience as well. The water would run from warm to scorching/scalding hot to a point where I was screaming every 2 minutes in the shower. Horrible service, horrible experience. I would have had a better experience sleeping in my car. I believe that a complete makeover including a recycling of all the staff and management could give this hotel a chance to live up to basic hotel standards. Definitely not worth even a dollar for me to stay.

if we did not make it because of the storm aleast thet should have givens us our money back it was not a joke the weather was bad and i don,t think any one can travel with the weather so bad that was inappropiate and i and my friend would not stay at this hotel at all

Rooms reek of industrial cleaner...to the point of burning my eyes and nose. Staff is ok, but not too concerned with customer service. Hotel web site advertises high-speed web access but they only have it in lobby and restaurant, which is pretty much a waste. Checked out within 15 min of arrival.
