Steps from historic Faneuil Hall Marketplace with it's many pubs, restaurants, and retail shops, the New England Aquarium, the Freedom Trail, the North End with it's quaint Italian restaurants, Rowe's Wharf, Quincy Market, Rose Kennedy Park, Paul Revere's house, The Old North Church, and the Financial District. The Harborside Inn is the perfect location to stage your walks out and about. Whether you visit one of the many restaurants and pubs in the area, or have a walk in the park or by the waterfront, or prefer to take in a piece of our heritage and history.
Just outside the front door is the Aquarium subway stop where you can obtain connections to all the subway system destinations. Locally it is called the "T". Harborside Inn is two stops from Logan International Airport, and a short distance to both North and South stations for rail connections to the north and south shore.

Driving Directions:
Exit the airport for Boston via the Ted Williams Tunnel.
Take the Route 93 North exit when in the Ted Williams Tunnel.
Proceed on Route 93 through another tunnel, then take Exit 23 (Government Center) out from the tunnel.
Stay to the left, follow signs for Aquarium/Waterfront area.
This will loop you around past Faneuil Hall & Quincy Market, and onto Atlantic Avenue (Surface Artery Road).
Follow signs for the Aquarium.
State Street is about 3 blocks ahead on your right.
Take a right on State Street
Harborside Inn is on your left, in the middle bay of large granite facade building.
Public Transportation: Locals refer to the Mass. Buss and Transit Authority (MBTA) as the "T". The Logan Airport T stop is part of the Blue Line subway route, just 2 train stops away from the Aquarium T stop, which is a step away from our front door.
From the Subway:
Blue Line: Exit at Aquarium train stop, and immediately turn left on State Street (U-Turn), and the Harborside Inn is located three doors away on the right at 185 State Street.
Green Line: Exit at Government Center train Stop. As you exit, turn right towards State Street. Walk down State Street approximately five blocks. Harborside Inn will be on your right.
Orange Line: Exit at State Street train stop, and then walk 3 blocks down State Street towards the waterfront. The Harborside Inn will be on the right hand side.
Red Line: Take Red Line to Downtown Crossing train stop. At Downtown Crossing, transfer to the Orange Line towards Oak Grove. Exit Orange Line at State Street and follow above directions.
