Nice location in the Back Bay and Copley area. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. I normally stay in Quincy Market but it was an easy subway ride to that area. I would defintely stay there again when I come back to Boston. Check out Cuff's Bar. Its an Irish Pub but a little more upscale. I didn't get nightly turndown service which based on the price I thought I would get. Other than that, a great place to stay. Very Clean!

Excellent location with short (20-25 min) walks to the Commons and Fenway.Easy check-in and helpful staff. We asked for the best lobster roll in the city and we think we found it with a tip from the concierge. Armed with a reservation [...], it was a great stay at a very good price.

This is our second stay at the Back Bay. The location is perfect, with easy walks to shopping, the freedom trail and the Boston Common. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. We will be back whenever we visit our daughter at Boston College.

This hotel is in a wonderful location with easy access to the rest of the city. The nearest Subway is less than a 5 minute walk! The room was small, yet very clean & the bed was extremely comfortable!

The hotel staff made us welcome from check in to check out. The rooms were comfortable, and the common areas were beautiful. The location was within walking distance to most sites we wanted to access and to transportation when necessary. The overall stay was like visiting someone who really wanted you there. Will definitely stay there again when in Boston, and will try other hotels in the chain when in Europe.
