The place clean, helpful staff and the concierges excellent. Beautiful room and the high ceilings. Lovely breakfasts, good bar menu too and the heated pool.
A great view of downtown boston and excellent value for money. Friendly staff, good shower and a long mirror on the door. Really nice linens/pillows/comforter, huge amounts of food and the gym reasonably well equiped.
The only area of concern was the extreamly high charges for parking the rental car, this lovely historic hotel was wonderful for our stay and the staff were fantastic - very friendly. In addition the rooms were nice.
Beautiful surroundings, the central location of the hotel in the city of Boston and all the staff were welcoming and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the Chocolate Bar was a nice treat to lovely visit at the Langham.
