The views were great from two walls of windows, all in all this hotel was really nice and the staff was very friendly. The bathrooms were amazing, the food was good.

Location is great for exploring the waterfront and modern design - like a typical Westin or Marriot. The rooms are definitely gorgeous, the gym is fantastic.

Really good location for coming in from South Station and a great addition to Boston's hotels. The staff were excellent and the best they could do was to give us to a junior suite.

The Intercontinental provides modern rooms in a great location, hotel staff seemed friendly and front desk was pretty attentive. The bathroom was beautiful.
