The sheets were dirty. They double booked the room. When I came home there were people sleeping in my bed, and my clothes were on the floor. Avoid this place at all costs. 3Service: 1Value: 1.4more on Travel Yahoo

2Service: 1Value: 2The women at the front desk groaned when we arrived and seemed upset we distracted her from her magazine. Typical continental breakfast, expect no fridge nearby so the milk and juice was warm when we got there. The outdoor pool is in the back parking lot. Impossible to make a left turn out of the parking lot! However if you could it was a short drive to the BAT station.

My boyfriend and I usually love to stay at Best Western no matter where we travel. However, this place was awful. The women at the front desk groaned when we arrived and seemed upset we distracted her from her magazine. Our room smelled like cat pee and they wouldn't switch for us. The breakfast included wasnt bad. Typical continental breakfast, expect no fridge nearby so the milk and juice was warm when we got there. The outdoor pool is in the back parking lot.
