I read the other reviews and maybe I was lucky, but I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I tried to get room service but it was after 9pm, so went to the bar in the hotel. Excellent burger and a beer. My 90 year old grandmother could not access our rooms while we visited her. There is no handicapped accessibility on the 1st floor. When we wanted to go eat she had to be wheeled out of the building and around b/c there were only stairs to bring her up to the main floor from the "1st" floor where our rooms were. Right off the bat I'm going to tell you that the maid service was horrible. Instead of taking dirty linens and cleaning them, they just gave us new clean ones, leaving the old ones. Dirty dishes were put back in the drawer. And wouldn't you know it, the last guest left their underwear under the bed. That aside, the food was subpar. Served cold and could have tasted a lot better. I will give them that the rest of the hotel was clean and nice, but overall, I wouldn't say this is a good place to stay. 1Service: 2Value: 1.6more on Travel Yahoo

"The room was very damp even with the air on. there was a mysterious stain on the sheer curtains, and old cigar butts on the balcony.
