COULD PAY ME TO STAY AGAIN

SERVICE WAS AWFUL. SALES MANAGER WAS RUDE.WENT TO THE BEST WESTERN VERY FRIENDLY VERY CLEAN RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. THEY SHOULD UPDATE THE HOTEL......ALSO TRY HIRING PEOPLE WHO CARE AND THAT ARE FRIENDLY.

The location of this hotel makes it an ideal place to stay. It's surrounded by coffee shops, dunkin doughnut a delicious hotel named 99. (which by the way has amazing food.) The only problem is the acual hotel itself, the personal quality is very low, they are very nice most especially when you are needed a travelers object such as a tooth brush or some extra towels. They arn't friendly at all and as i mentioned the customer service is overall very low. For almost the exact same price you are able to go just a bit down the road to a Best Western which is very nice the rooms very clean the customer service is amazing they have a pool not to mention the great breakfest that they have. Another thing the location makes this a perfect place to spend every where from one night to one week. Its to bad I stay at Comfort Inn for most of my stay. I suggest anyone who wants to have a good time or even if your there for a more business trip such as myself I know that whom ever stays here will not regret it.
