I just got back from a wonderful stay at the Hawthorn Suites. The Hotel is beautiful, so is the staff! On Wednesday night Stacey and Kaitlyn we're very helpful. Check in went very smoothly and they had excellent team work. There is no I in team with them. They were so delightful! I recently stayed at the Hawthorn Suites and was weary to stay there due to the negative comments previously given. There were no rude people upon check-in, in fact they were so friendly I even remembered their names. Thanks to Kait, Christal, Meghean, & Eileen. No matter what we needed, one of these 4 girls seemed to always be on to help us: restaurants, places to see, questions, anything! The rooms were smaller than expected but very clean. The breakfast was awesome but the manager's special could use some revamping. I would stay here again, especially if the same people are working. 4Service: 5Value: 4more on Travel Yahoo

The staf at the hotel were outstanding. Everytime I need anything they would be right on top of it within seconds. They even drove me in their van to a local restaurant for me late at night. Great staff! 0Rooms: 2Service: 1Value: 1.7more on Travelocity
