It is clean, bed is very comfortable, pillows are different types to suite everyones desires. Fifth floor is the best but lower floors are equal. All rooms are non smoking and if you want a refrigerator and/or microwave request it when reserving. Room numbers and phone calls are not given out or put through unless you agree to that. Lobby is locked at night for safety even though staff are on and present at desk 24/7. Easy access to Route 128/95 and Route 93. Clean, Safe and recommend it highly.. Read review

The staff was amongst the nicest and most helpful I have experienced in my travels. My room was prepared for me and was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good with a wide selection, and the woman who staffed it couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I took a shuttle to the train station and the driver was great and refused the tip I tried to give him. Compared to other hotels with very fancy desk chairs, for instance, their furniture looks a little old fashioned. The bathrooms are smaller than newer hotels, but there is plenty of room. No hotel staff works harder than the folks here!. Read review

We loved the confortable bed and pillows, and the hot complimentary breakfast was just great on the two mornings. Carol, the breakfast hostess was above any expectation we had, and was helpful and pleasant both mornings.. Read review
