This hotel is very basic. There are no dining facilities. Breakfast comes in a large bowl with boxes of cereal, coissants, yogurt , milk and orange juice. The rooms are small and a little cramped BUT the hotel is cheap and cheerful and also very very central. If you want to be five minutes walk from Marble Arch/Oxford Street/Park Lane , this is the hotel for you. It was also incredibly quiet. Granted our room was at the back of the hotel but there was no traffic noise whatsoever and we slept with the window open all night.
I found all the staff to be very friendly and welcoming .
You definitely get what you pay for but since most people use hotels in London as somewhere to lay their weary heads at the end of a hectic days sightseeing , this hotel fits that bill nicely.
I would reccommend it to anyone travelling on a budget.

Staff rather busy and not always polite. Terrible breakfast, longlasting packed stuff served in one big bowl. Very small tripple room. Not very clean. Great location though.
