Don't Bother

The staff is friendly, and they will fix anything that needs repair, but the hotel is so poorly manages that my room had so many deficiencies I finally checked out early. Not to mention most of the guests are displaces hurricane victims with nothing to do all day and night but stand in the parking lot and talk, I questioned the safety to the GM who told me they are very friendly with the local PD, I wasn't surprised.

Micki<br><br>I loved my stay here. I stayed because I was in town for the Dessert Expo. I needed to pre-bake samples for an audience. Having a full kitchen was awesome. The staff was wonderful and when I called to ask where various stores were located, they were more than happy to give me information. Thank you to Sheena, Maxine, Shaunda, Judy, and Wauneta. This staff is top notch and what ever Marriott is paying them, it&#8217;s not enough! There was also a young man working at the desk (sorry didn&#8217;t get his name) who was very kind and helpful.<br><br>My room was clean and comfortable. When I asked for extra towels, Wauneta was very quick in getting them to me. The hotel is conveniently located close to the highway, airport, and the International Conventional Centre. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a home away from home. Excellent Hotel!

This hotel has some of the best service I have ever seen! Every employee was professional and friendly! The suites are huge and very liveable! Clean and comfortable! The airport shuttle is convenient and easy. I will definitely return to this hotel when I come back for business!
