Very nice accomodations - corner King - along with dining choices. The bar was great to hang out in too - ask for Anna - she knows all sorts of wines if you're into wine.. Read review

Upon check in, the clerk Melissa spotted a room with a view of Centennial Park that was open. Be sure to request this view when reserving, because the other view would be of rail yards. The staff was rarely seen, but always available when needed. They (the staff) were the rare few in Atlanta who greeted us with a smile and a "good day".. Read review

The staff was pleasant, and went out of their way to be accomodating. The rooms were extremely clean, nicely furnished and definitely a step above. The staff in the restaurant (Prime Meridian) was extemely nice and I could not have asked for better service. My only negative comment is that 2 out of 3 days I did not receive my newspaper, but that was remedied immediately by Concierge.. Read review

Check-in went quick and the lady was friendly and efficient. The room was very nice, it was in the older building (CNN Center itself,) and had a fantastic view of the skyline and the Olympic Park and fountain. The room was normal sized with the king size bed set at an angle, different but really nice. The hotel was in the perfect location for my convention and would be nice for most visitors.
We arrived on July 4th and were told our room wasn't ready yet, but that we had a king corner room with a great view of the park and fireworks. We tried again to check in at around 1:30 and again were told that our room was still being cleaned. On both occasions the people at the desk told us how great the corner room was and we were looking forward to a great evening We had a dive trip scheduled that afternoon at the aquarium and when we returned to the hotel at 5:30, we were given a different room all together with only a partial view of the park and no view of the fireworks. The staff was very unsympathetic and didn't seem at all concerned about making the customer happy. I guess the Omni must be doing well, but this is one customer who will never be returning.
I recently spent 5 days in Atlanta with my daughter for family vacation. I could not have been happier with the Omni Hotel at CNN tower. The service was amazing. Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. We loved that there was a food court located in the foyer. It was great especiall after long days on the town. The room and view of the park were wonderful. I could not imagine having stayed anywhere else. The valet parking was a little expensive but being in downtown was nice to not have to search for parking. Would suggest for everyone to stay here. Amazing location almost everything was within walking distance or a quick drive down the street.
The worst customer service EVER!!! Rude desk help. Needed restaurant info after game at Phillips arena and they had no phone books and kept telling me to use room service. Rude, rude, rude and not willing to help with any services other than hotel. Over-priced restaurants, over-priced rooms. Location does not make up for poor service and way too expensive $2.50 for a canned soda
