We were there for a long weekend. There were 2 couples so the 2 bedroom suite was great. The staff was terrific. Demetrius seemed to be there everyday and always remembered my name. Fairly close to everything in Alpharetta. Several restaurants within walking distance, plenty of sidewalks for getting your outdoor walking or running in. Northpoint mall is less than a 2 miles away.

What they show in the pictures and what they claim about the services is totally false. Welcome to the Townplace hotel where you will get to meet the rude manager, where the walls are paper thin so that you can hear your neighbours doing the sex and flushing day and night even when they are using their hair dryer. You have to catch hold of the cleaning staff to make sure that they clean the room. Swimming pool was opened only when they clicked the picture to put it on the website,otherwise you will find it closed throughout the year. The most disappointing breakfast/snack with the lowest quality milk, bagels which they serve on a small corner table.How could they dare to mention that its a light continental breakfast? We have more options on our home breakfast table. Rates are not what they show you on the website. I ended up paying more than what was shown. Absolute no place around to go from here except the parking space around the hotel. I wouldnot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good hotel for family

My family stayed at this hotel for a volleyball weekend. I hate small beds and since they have 2 bdrm room suites with queen beds we gave it a shot. This is obviously not a new hotel, but then I couldnt find a new hotel with 2 queen beds!. The rooms were very clean, with new beds, and broadband wireless. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd certainly stay here again. The only drawback is that Alpharetta is way north of downtown so if you need to go there give yourself plenty of time.
