The computer with internet access already in room, service was excellent, the LOBBY restaurant was excellent, i kid you not the best pizza i ever had was from there restaurant. It located convienently in atlantic station so that all you have to do is get the valet to park your car and then you can walk to everywhere you want to go within atlantic station, atlantic station is very clean. Ate supper one night at STRIP "japanese steak house" in atlantic station very good food. Valets were very helpful and the service was well worth the price.. Read review

Not only was the room FAB - the service was even better! My friend and I arrived early at around 12:30PM (I assumed there would be no way that we could check in that early) but to my wonderful surprise "DAYNA" the front desk - said "No problem - give me 20 minutes and we will get you in your room” - and guess what - 15 minutes later she did just that! She also explained the GHOST system that is in each room and it worked beautifully the whole weekend. Then "MIRA" the Bell Gal took us up to our room and clued us in to all the great services the hotel has to offer. Now that is truly giving someone the shirt off your back service! We then decided to head over to STRIP for dinner - the wait was 3 hours (sorry no food is worth that kind of wait! TWELVE and figured we have some drinks at LOBBY - great service once again. Food was excellent - we had the steak and rabbit. All in all the experience was a WOW - the room was GREAT - I would have happily moved in. Did I mention the Schott Zwiesel wine glasses in the rooms.. Read review

The room was very nice, the only disappointment was that the advertisement says that all rooms have balconies it should say that rooms level 3 thru 6 have balconies. We were on level 2, those rooms do not have balconies that you can walk out on. The rooms were very large compared to the average hotel which is very important when you have females getting ready for a night out on the town. One of our TVs did not have a signal, we sent a message to the maintenance department on the computer in the room, and with in 5 minutes we had someone knocking at the door. The service was fabulous, they responded to every need we had immediately.. Read review

The staff was friendly and the place is spectacular! It feels like you are in Miami especially when you are up on their amazing pool deck. The hotel has great service, wonderful food and the GHOST computer system was the coolest! We ordered room service, asked for extra towels and shopped online in their virtual giftshop- everything arrived within 15 minutes and the person who brought it up appeared with a smile.. Read review

the layout and decour was very nice, shower and a seperate tube the shower and bathroom was very spacious. The computer with internet access already in room, service was excellent, the LOBBY restaurant was excellent, i kid you not the best pizza i ever had was from there restaurant. The hotel offered two rooms --1 king size bed for husband/me and 18 yr old son! Our room had never been cleaned, no fresh linens, no fresh glasses. They seemed even more cavalier that we had asked for them to clean our room while we went to dinner at 8:00 pm.
Arrived after 6 pm; no room was available even though we had a printed email confirmation after guranteeing the room with a credit card for late arrival. They had given away our suite we had booked with them! Valet parking staff not present upon arriving. Unidentified hotel valets came to us at hotel front desk repeatedly about giving them our car keys to move our car--they never identified themselves as hotel staff nor did the hotel front desk staff intervene.
