I called and made a reservation a week and a half before I was scheduled to come to Atlanta. I noticed a week before my arrival the hotel money was deducted from my account. I called to find out why the money was deducted and I had not even checked in yet (normally you are charged upon checkout). I called and spoke with someone at the front desk, after explaining the situation, she stated that the girl taking th reservations was new, etc. I was completely understanding, and just wanted the money refunded and new reservations. I was told that it would be impossible to make new reservations, because the room I wanted was sold out. I finally got my refund back, but no apologies or any type of compensation was offered for THEIR mistake. I basically got told off for THEIR mistake.

I lived at Mainstay during an internship two years ago. I lived there for 2 months and loved it. The hotel was always clean. My room was taken care of. There was a decent workout facility and a great pool for relaxing. I especially enjoyed the grill that was outside for residents to us. Great grilling area. <br>The only complaint that I can think of is that I had some problems with bugs. However, every time I had a problem, they would bring someone up to try to remedy the problem quickly. <br>I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who would be staying in Atlanta for any extended period of time!
