I had the unfortunate experience of spending one night in this "hotel". My room was filthy - the sheets had stains on them and were filthy, the towels were filthy and ahd obviously been used, there were no toiletries in the bathroom, the A/C was noisy and had a clogged filter - and when I called down to the desk, no one could speak English or was willing or able to address my concerns. I called several times asking for a clean room, or at least clean towels, sheets, and some toiletries for the bathroom, and was ignored for over 3 hours. I finally got a knock, and when I opened the door, there was a single towel and some shampoo sitting on the carpet outside my room. I called the Corporate number because I found a sign stating "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" that was in a prominent place my room to register my concerns and to ask for help. They told me to take it up with the local hotel operator. A few days later I received a telephone call from a man indentifying himself as "Javed", who in very broken English told me he was the GM. He asked me what my concerns were - when I began to detail my experience, he abruptly interrupted me, told me he had new people working that night who couldn't speak English, told me I was being rude and that I was trying to take advantage of him, and then disconnected my call. Amazingly, I then received a letter from "Javed" offering me a free night - I would never stay in this dump again. I only expect this property to make good on their written 100% Satisfaction Guarantee - which was of course rebuffed. If anyone had been in this room, they would have seen that all I wanted was a clean room - who took advantage of whom? I travel and stay in hotels all over the country at least 85-100 nights every year for almost 23 years - I've rarely seen anything similar to this, and have never been treated this way - stay here at your own risk, and certainly don't expect anyone associated with this property to respect you as their "guest" - more like "captive".

Our worst hotel experience ever. Delta airlines should know better than to recommend this dump. Staff surly and the lobby depressing. Our first room was filthy: dirt all over the floor, chairs and table mysteriously placed right up against the bed , and the pillowcases wrinkled and apparently unwashed. Traffic was roaring past our window on the Interstate outside the hotel. We demanded a second room and as we walked down the hall, several room doors looked as though crowbars had been applied in an attempt to open them. The second option had a screeching heating unit and the toilet refused to flush unless you opened the lid and pulled the chain. Need I say more? A totally dishearting experience at 1:00am but we were too tired to go elsewhere. This hotel should be razed.
