Terrible Service

We booked 8 rooms for my nice's graduation at this hotel due to location. The hotel is not on the main drag as promised and was hard to find. When we left at 10am the next moring to attend the graduation ceremonies, housekeeping was just down the hallway starting to makeup rooms. When we got back at 11pm our rooms were not made up by housekeeping. I went to the front desk to get towels and they would not give me any, but said they would send housekeeping up to our room. 20 minutes later they showed up to argue with us that we placed our Do Not Disturb sign out. It was not done when we left, it was not there when we got back, it was still in the pouch on the back of the door, but they continued to issist that it was our fault. The next morning when I complained to the Manager it was again our fault. I would rather sleep in a gutter than spend a night in this hotel.

I attended a wedding event this weekend in the area and the hotel staff could not have been more helpful, friendly, professional and warm. The room was very comfortable & fine, the property was very clean and well maintained, the breakfast (provided in the package) was great. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to stay there - as long as the location fit their travel plans. Was sorry that I didn't have the chance to visit the pool - perhaps next time. A++!!

I was scheduled to stay for the week with the Hampton Inn on business. I had ants in my bathroom. It was just a couple so I let it go. The next morning I had ants all over my shower curtain and in my suitcase.<br><br>I asked to change rooms. I changed rooms and had ants in that room also.<br><br>I ended up leaving and going to another location.
