Posted: Mar 23, 2008 - The Holiday Inn Express Downtown is in a great location - easy to walk to downtown stuff. Room was excellent and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Free internet, pool, spa, hot tub, free shuttle service to malls/events, good coffe/cinnamon buns for breakfast, shuttle from airport, flat screen TVs, comfortable beds. Will recommend good restaurants that give 10% discounts. Only complaint - they don't have glass cups, only paper cups for drinks in the rooms.. Read review

Posted: Mar 29, 2011 - Immaculate rooms, comfortable beds with down comforters, flat screen TVs, wireless internet. The hotel staff is unbelievably friendly and knowledgable about Albany. And the indoor pool and Jacuzzi were lots of fun for my daughters.. Read review
