Pick up service from and to the airport included in price - extremly helpful staff, bookings of resturants that really were full was no problem for them etc etc. Very good rooms - we were lucky enough to be upgraded and I really recommend to book their best rooms on the top floor - HUGE - well equipped with an nice terrace overlooking the park. Breakfast was also good - overall - we had an excellent stay and I will certainly come back. If you are coming to Istanbu for partying the location is perhaps not the best - I would stay on the otherside in that case.. Read review

As mentioned in the other reviews, we had an excellent experience in this hotel. It is located on a quiet road, which made for a comfortable sleep, however right around the corner is the tram stop and a busy road. One main difference than many of the other hotels in the area is that the breakfast room is located in the main lobby as opposed to the rooftop. This is a relatively new hotel in a great location with wonderful staff.. Read review

We arrived late to find the room we had reserved (which would have been fantastic) had no operating air conditioning - they tried to fix it at midnight but could not and gave us a circa 1950's fan - we had to sleep with the windows open (which was LOUD) and didn't get to sleep until after 1:30 AM. The next day they scrambled to find another room which actually had operational A/C - but without the balcony in a much smaller room, etc (initially) for the same price - they told us they would move our luggage (despite our willingness to do it ourselves) We told them we would hang out on the rooftop terrace until the room switch was made - but the rooftop terrace was apparently flooded out and there were towels at the bottom of the stairs leading up to it - The staff again scrambed to serve and sent us over to their "sister" hotel around the corner and even bought us a bottle of wine - when we came back, the luggage had NOT been moved. From that point on, everything was fantastic - including the great breakfast, quiet comfortable rooms with modern ammenities, and great soap. Nonetheless, the hotel staff was incredibly attentive and tried so hard to please us it was impossible not to be impressed by them.. Read review

A highly individual treatment makes your stay extremely pleasant. The fine breakfast buffet and nice restaurant (in Summer you can have diner on the roof terrace! A massage or treatment in the hotel Hammam is a perfect way to end your day in Istanbul!. Read review
