A’jia Hotel has a wonderful restaurant to enjoy a romantic dinner for two or relaxed family setting. You can dine on the seaside terrace or in the formal dining room with panoramic views of the Bosphorus.

The cod fishcake starter served with spinach and tartar sauce, for example, is as a light main course with garnishes. Typical dishes include slow-cooked lamb shanks, sea bass with citrus-baked fennel, octopus carpaccio and, for dessert, chestnut soufflé with coconut parfait.

Location - is a well executed contemporary design, this is an excellent elegant sophisticated hotel located on the eastern shore of the Bosphorus away from the hustle & bustle of Istanbul and the perfect service could not be surpassed. Moreover the rooms are large, the Turkish breakfast is one the best breakfast I have tested. . Read review
