La valoración cuando salí del Hotel una vez realizada la correspondiente reclamación ante consumo y abonada la factura es de mediocre por no decir otra cosa.
Resumo:
A favor: Limpieza, personal, tranquilidad y habitaciones amplias.
En contra:Toallas rotas, falta de regulación del aire acondicionado( lo hacen desde recepción), cuando llegas por la noche en las habitaciones bajo cubierta te encuentras con mas de 28º. Lo tienen el tiempo que ellos estiman o te asas o te congelas. Falta de espacio para la ropa. En nuestro armario las chaquetas y camisas las poníamos fuera, pues la falta de altura hace que arrastren. No hay protección para que no entre luz por las ventanas. A levantarse a las 7,00 horas del domingo.
No hay cafetería. El buffet cuesta 10€ y es escasísimo.
Precio de la noche para dos adultos y una niña pequeña: 186€ + IVA sin desayuno.

Buscábamos pasar un fin de semana romántico y conocer Segovia. Es un hotel con encanto, estuvimos alojados en la habitación 202, muy grande y muy limpia, con ventanas de marcos de madera y una decoración exquisita.
Es una zona muy tranquila a escasos 400 metros del Acueducto de Segovia. Os recomiendo para ir a comer, la zona de la plaza donde está la catedral y los afamados restaurantes junto al acueducto de Segovia.
Le podéis preguntar al personal del hotel, alguna recomendación para visitar alrededor de Segovia, son estupendos. Mil gracias.
