The staff were rude and over friendly. The hotel is for Turkish businessmen. The hotel had no facilities - no food other than breakfast, no room service or bar. The area it was in was a normal high street without any facilites for eating out. It was a half hour tramway ride to the tourist areas. some jewlery went missing from the hotel room. 1more on Venere

Prices on website are in euros. When paying by credit card the receptionist wanted to charge us in Turkish liras for a very bad rate. 2.2more on Venere
