I am a regular customer of this cosy boutique hotel since 2004 and i feel like i came to my home when i enter the hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the rooms are always clean. The location is just perfect, in the center of everything but also quiet and charming. i adore walking through the unique istiklal street and the cafés of tunel. i never consider any other options but this affordable family hotel.

A nice small hotel with very friendly staff. The room was a bit small, but nicely furnished and clean. Location is excellent, and will be better once the underground to taksim is completed. The construction site of the tunel-station is just opposite the hotel, but we were not disturbed by any noise. Breakfast is a bit boring.

wahrscheinlich hatten wir wirklich Pech, aber ich habe mich so geärgert, daß ich diesem hier mal Luft machen möchte. Zur Zt. ist das Hotel von allen Seiten von Baustellen umzingelt. U. a. gibt es Instandhaltungsarbeiten an der gleich gegenüber liegenden U-Bahn Station. Diese Arbeiten gingen bis spät in die Nacht auch am Wochenende, in einer Nacht (wir waren 4 dort), über 24 Std. durchgehend. Es gab keine Möglichkeit, ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen. Dieses war zudem eines der kleinsten des Hotels (ca. 10 qm). Die angegebene Dachterasse war geschlossen (Umbau!). Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war auf ein mit Holzbrettern verkleidetes Haus (Baustelle). Und kein Wort von alldem auf irgendeiner Webpage!!
