For a moderate price, the hotel was nice and clean, and the location was very good. The staff was helpful and friendly. There was difficulty with internet connection for laptops, but they did have a public computer for use in lobby.

We stayed for four days. The hotel is in a very good secure location for travellers, has an exellent environment, the rooms are spacy, with modern furniture, very clean, the staff is extreemly friendly and helpful. The reception and hall room are spacious. Nice piano bar music in the afternoon. A safe box is in every room that is very convinient for travellers in a such big city. The location in a quiet street, but very near to the busy Taxim square, is exellent. The city of Istanbul is an extreemly interessting place for peaple involved with history, archaeology and culture. A charming geographical location on three seas with waters surrounding it from all direction, unforgettable landscapes. Nice friedly people everywhere. We can recommend a trip to Istanbul very much.

It was truly an unforgettable long week-end in Istanbul. Perfect first time visit I would say. Special surprise - upgrade to a big suite with jacuzzi bath instead of standard room, which was initially prepaid via our agent. Quick tranfer from the airport (no traffic due to late hour) - and here were are ,right close to Taksim. Smooth check in, great sleep on a king bed. We enjoyed both the hotel and the surroundings - full breakfast included in the rate - served in the top floor restarant with a magnificent view on the city, quick and accurate room service and housekeeping. Tiny streets leading to the square - variety of cafes, small shops accompanied by the smell of traditional turkish delights. Three days were not enough to discover the city - so we decided to be back in summer months. Same hotel of course - great value for money and perfect not only for leisure in the heart of the city, but business as well. My sincere thanks to all the team! Irina Russia
