When I arrived at Hotel Kervansaray near Taksim Square in the newer part of the city, I was distressed to learn that my travel agent had not actually gotten reservations for this hotel. She made a few phone calls and we got the situation resolved. As soon as we got to our rooms, a plate of fruit arrived. Turkish friends were meeting us at the hotel, and they were very pleased about the location of the hotel.. Read review

The location was excellent and the staff was so friendly.
Just the location as was close to the center, that was the only thing I liked about the hotel and staff was responsive to a wifi problem by changing my room due to fault to the floor hotspot.
