The staff here is excellent and really went out of their way to help us out. Upon our return from Bodrum, we had a couple of people in our group who were ill and the staff helped us get them to the local hospital for treatment. They called taxis, translated their symptoms into turkish and let us make calls to the hospital to check up on them. Our final day here, we ended up hanging out in the room all day and letting the patients recover and again, the hotel staff was really nice in letting us use their kitchen and some basic supplies to prepare some food for the sick parties. In short, they really stepped up to help us when we needed it and when you're traveling abroad and run into emergency situations, it's nice to have a helping hand.. Read review

The top suite is the kind of luxury you deserve with a massive private balconey overlooking the Marmara sea and old Istanbul. Staff is considerate and friendly and all do a wonderful job. Ideal location, ayasofya Hotel was a great choice and the staff were very friendly. The room was spotless.
