Nice people, but seemed to want to market services somewhat aggressivly.

I cannot give this hotel enough praise - it has to rank up there with some of the best hotels I've ever stayed with. We stayed there for 7 night and had an incredible experience. Firstly the hotel is amazing architecture from the exterior and you are wow'ed as soon as you pull up to it. The reception/lobby/restaurant area is very spacious it is all so chic and contemporary inside it's gorgeous. My room was perfect, The room was a generous size, with a generous size bathroom and it was all decorated to the highest contemporary standard we had a flat screen TV too. The best part of the room though has to be the bed. I have never slept in a more comfortable bed in my life, it was amazing. The hotel itself has a great location, it's just a few minutes walk from the Blue Mosque and city center. The staff were very friendly and pleasant and they were throughout our stay, very helpful and pleasant. Especially reception clerk was very helpful and hospitable his name is Kaan I would like appreciation to him. It's excellent value for money for such a high-class standard of hotel. I have relatives that live in the istanbul area and they have friends and family who have stayed in other 'major' hotels which are more costly and a lesser standard than this. Book it, you won't be disappointed. See the photos for all the evidence you need.

This hotel is in a great location. It is a great place to stay if you are looking to do a thourough tour of the city as its location is walking distance from the city's main attractions. The rooms were clean and fairly spacious. The staff were extremely helpful. We are an older couple and therefore wanted a room on the ground foor which the management were quite happy to offer us. The breakfast was great, a varied selection to choose from. We recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family in particular to couples looking for a fabulous experience.
