Great location, quiet place nad cosy rooms and excellent and very helpful staff especially the customer service lady. Really comfy bed, good breakfast and a marvelous dinner. Fresh been touring around european capitals.
Central quiet position and the hotel was really clean. The staff there were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable. Very good food on the one night we ate there.
The view from the roof restaurant is marvelous, atmosphere is just great and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean, the good things on breakfast are - strong tea.
The nighttime view of Hagia Sophia out our 4th floor window was beautiful and the hotel was clean. The staff were very helpful, our new room was excellent and comfortable, breakfast buffet was quite nice and ample.
Overall surroundings: Best base for sightseeing in Istanbul - Topkapi Palace, the hotel is comfortable and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The beds are also good, its terrace restaurant is perfect for a quite dinner.
