I could say – nice hotel, good located, friendly staff, but that would be the same as to say nothing about this hotel and staff specially. Have you ever find the staff who could make you believe when you are afraid, make you smile when you are crying, give hug when you needed the most and welcome you as the only one they are waiting for? It’s hard to call them staff as they become our friends.. Read review

Great location, near the major sites (Blue Mosque, Topkapi). Rooms are a/c and they turned it on even in April, which was nice.. Read review

Pros- Hotel Agan is perfectly located as you can go walking to the important places in the city, you do not need a taxi, and for us it was quite good. It was quite clean and staff was very helpful, only the Manager could speak fluently in english but the rest of staff tried to help us to find the places to visit. Deceptive information on website, as we have read that if the stay was superior to 5 nights, transport to airport will be free, we claim for that, and after avoding giving an answer, they told us that we have to pay as it is only for customers who reserve directly with the hotel, and as we have done it by agency we can not have that service..
