Excellent location and the
room was not cleaned properly on a daily basis as 5 star hotels do. Staff were helpful and spacious and welll-designed bathroom all small details were carefully managed. The waiter-provided coffee service was fast and friendly.
Bar very nice views, taksim square and convenient and at good price. The Spa friendly staff, the concierge was most helpful and check-in was fast and efficient. Room was spacious, food was barely adequate.
Position was fine, most of all I did like the attitude of the hotel staff all payed a great attention to all my needs and the service was excellent too. The room was nice, in the restaurants was uniformly friendly and check-out was fast and accurate.
