A free shuttle is provided 3 times a day to Taskim Square. As a Casino the hotel aspects of the property took less priority, now the rooms are being renovated and actually are about the nices designed rooms of any Sheraton I've been in anywhere in the world. The maid one day forgot to clean my room, and the duty manager came to clean the room himself, excellent dedication. The club room provides breakfast in the morning with cooked to order eggs, and views of the entire Istanbul skyline. Rooms are quite, a very large LCD flatscreen TV for those who watch TV, bathrooms are roomy, bright with new marble surfaces.. Read review

Я бронировал отель на одни сутки по интернету. При бронировании указал чтобы меня встретили в аэропорту а так же отвезли в аэропорт при выезде из отеля. Моя заявка была принята отелем но в аэропорту меня ни кто не встретил, пришлось за свой счет добираться на такси до отеля. За семь часов до выезда из отеля я уточнил на ресепшене относительно предоставления мне транспорта до аэропорта и входит ли это в стоимость номера. Меня заверили что это все входит в стоимость номера. Однако ранним утром когда пришло время выезжать в аэропорт ночная смена на ресепшине почему то оказалась невкурсе что мне нужно предоставить автотранспорт для поездки в аэропорт. Во всех приличных и уважающих себя гостиницах трансфер в аэропорт входит в стоимсоть проживания в номере. Я заплатит за сутки 154 евро и мне самому за свой счет пришлось нанимать и оплачивать такси в аэропорт в оба конца. Это самая худшая гостиница в которой мне приходилось останавливаться, по уровню сервиса и хамскому отношению к иностранным гостям своей страны.
