We arrived at the hotel after our flight was delayed for 12 hours. when we got there they couldnt find our booking but then managed to find it. Reception staff i think were very rude. They hardly speak english... Infact hardly any of the staff speak english!!!! but anyway we got a revolving room upgrade which we paid for which was nice room.. all white.. the pool had no swim up bar. they make there money by offering you only breakfast and lunch so durring the day you will pay for lunch, snacks and drinks which prices are EXPENSIVE!!!. overall stay was ok enjoyed the old town shopping. but i was dissapointed with the cusiune in this hotel as they did not serve no turkish cusine... i dont know why. i even asked a waitor why you dont make turkish food as we have come here we would like turkish food. the reply was the manager says not too. so for kebabs we had to go out of hotel....
