i didnt like it there at all. it was noisy smelly and it wasnt 3 minutes walking to the ski caroussel

Stayed here twice during Euro 2008, first time in a double room, second time in a single. In a good location not far from the main railway station, which meant that you can go out for the evening and enjoy Innsbruck's nightlife without worrying about getting back to your hotel. I agree with what somebody else said about the bathroom light being linked to a motion sensor, that was the case in my first room, but not the second (which was a tiny single room up in the eaves). Having said that, it never bothered me. The main thing was that the rooms are clean, with a big enough bathroom, and flat-screen TV with loads of channels. And the most wonderful panoramic views of the Alps from the window, undoubtedly the best view from a hotel room I've ever had. The front desk staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful. They say first impressions count, well the front desk staff make that first impression for their customers, and the Binders hotel couldn't do any better. And when you check out, the last memory you have is "what a friendly place, I hope I can come back".
