This high rise contemporary hotel should be rated 4 1/2 star, but it is still being developed, so I would rate it at present 4. The towers and beach access section are under construction, there is only one restaurant, and the elevators are too few to handle the guests at checkout. The buffets are really well done with a change of theme each night and the a la carte menu has a good selection for Americans as well as others. The infinity pool on the 3rd floor overlooks the water and the SPA has lovely music drifting over it...this was a real plus. The rooms were well appointed and spotless. The service was gracious. The beach is across the street and there are shops all along the street...one fun bar about 6 blocks away, but the cocktails are awful...drink beer! This hotel is about 3 miles south of the main business area of Pattaya.
