This modern and fully equipped hotel that refurbished in April 2003, has the most impressive views to the city of Granada. Located on Av. de la Constitucion a few meters from the train station, just 3 min. walking from Gran Via Colon through which one has access to the Albayzin and the Alhambra. Great hotel, good location....Alhambra palace about 45mins away by walking...very convenient by public transport..the centre within walking distance. Staff were really helpfull and the room was nice and clean with an excellent view.

Our room was clean, reasonably comfortable and quiet. Our bed was quite hard, but not too bed. Staff were very friendly with excellent English. Although we knew we booked only room, we were told that breakfast is automatically included. Only after double-checking, it was explained to us that breakfast is included in the sense that is costs extra 11 Euros each. Which we refused as you can have a lovely sandwich and coffee for about 5 Euros in many beautiful cafes around. The staff insisted on changing our towels although we left them hanging up and not in the bath tub as instructed if we wanted them changing...didn't make us feel good about the environment. Also, ask for a room facing the Alhambra, otherwise you end up with rather boring view over the modern parts of Granada.
