Typical Novetel with excellent service located just 5 minutes from the old part of Chiang Mai. Definitely a good place to stay when visiting Chiang Mai.

The hotel is nice but the rooms have old carpets and need a good refresh ! The hotel is a little bit far from the city center (but easy to go by tuk tuk or even walking). At US$ 25 a night, it is a great deal but the hotel was fairly empty. This hotel did not meet the Novotel hight standards but the staff and service was excellent. The free 10 minute shuttle to the night bazaar was convenient and punctual.
