After seeing some of the reviews of the hotel I wasn't sure that I has made the right decision to stay here. I was travelling with my teenage son and we loved it. The rooms were clean, the views across Ao Nang bay quite stunning and the location perfect. Upon arrival I was allocated a rather small room with no balcony. I asked at Reception to be moved to a room with balcony and the staff were very accommodating, upgrading us as no extra cost as soon as a room was available. For the money we paid the hotel was excellent.
