We walked into the hotel and had to take a curved staircase up to the lobby. Marble staircase leading up to a mega lobby where four lifts took you up to the rooms. Breakfast is really good with plenty of choice from continental, american, british cooked and asian breakfasts. Also took lunch in the restaurant one day and this was quite good too. There were two other restaurants - one italian on ground floor and chinese on 24th floor with fantastic views over Chiang Mai. On the lobby floor there was a coffee shop with fabulous cakes and a bar on the ground floor.. Read review

The staff were all really friendly and helpful, and all spoke good english. Our room was nice and clean with a big comfy bed, minibar, air conditioning, safe and everything you'd expect. Fitness facilities looked good although didn't have a chance to use them as we were so busy. The airport is also only a very short and cheap taxi ride away.. Read review
