This is a wonderful hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here. From Check-in to departure was a very good experience. The staff was very friendly and helped if you looked lost. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety and a pleasant atmosphere. The gym was neat and the equipment worked well. We stayed in a Deluxe room in the second part of the hotel. It was clean without odor and all the fixtures worked. Room service was prompt. Overall, really nice would stay there again without a doubt.

Great hotel, very helpful, had every hotel expected amenity. Location was far from all our tourist spots we wanted to visit. However, cabs are fairly cheap anyway.

Overall good experience. Good location, close to SkyTrain. Clean Rooms although we stayed in an area of the hotel that was not as updated as the lobby and newer tower. Close to river.

Despite checking in at close to midnight, the staff was friendly and attentive. The entire stay went well. The only problem I have is that they charge you for internet. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, and despite it being a smoking room, it didn't smell like an ashtray.
