After leaving my small hotel in Vietnam, I was really excited to be staying in The Twin Towers. At first impression of its large foyer and beautiful image, I thought it would make for a wonderful experience. HOWEVER, the first night I stayed there, I saw 2 cockroaches in the bathroom, scuttling away when I turned on the light. Later I noticed numerous dead cockroaches lining the bathroom light. Even more, I spotted another cockroach on the wall! I decided to be forgiving until I went to bed that night and realized I was in bed with yet another cockroach! I ended up taking off all the covers on the bed and getting a mere 3 hours of nervous, terrible sleep.
The only reason I give this hotel the "Okay" rating and not the "Terrible" is because the other services and restaurants were of outstanding quality.
My advice to travelers is to be aware and maybe ask to see the assigned room before accepting.
