I really like that location and the hotel. The room service staffs are hard working and they are very keen to help you to vaccum the floor or even setting up an extra bed. They is'nt any roaches in the room as i did not seen any through out my 6 day stay. Well, bed is quite hard, but it still gave me a very pleasant & comfortable night including the soft pillow. The room is very big, however aircon is strong but we can just off it when we are cold, tv channel's show is great and we enjoy watching it every night. There is no safe in the room but you can leave it in the safe at the recept, it is safer.. Read review

Only thing, there's only 1 plug in the room, and that was loose, so we had to ask the room service to plug in our chargers for us. But overall, it's an average place to stay in, but with excellent location.. Read review

The reception was excellent and speedy - I always saw at least three people at the counter, even at 4am in the morning. DID have a window, but there was brick wall built right over it. One thing that totally annoyed me was the fact that there were no spare power points in the room for my camera & phone chargers!. Read review

The location is good and is in the heart of pratunam. Beside the hotel is Baiyoke Garment Centre where clothes are sold at retail and wholesale price of minimum 3 pcs. Surprising Clean Room( as compare to past review).. Read review

Having said that, we were quite happy because it's close to the Platinum Mall, Baiyoke market, IT City, Big C, World trade Mall and saved us tons on taxi and tuk-tuk charges.
If you're the allergic type, make sure you bring a lot of antihistamines 'coz you can smell the moldy air and cockroachy smell once you enter the lobby. They also have this weird policy that you cannot use electrical appliances in the room. My wife and I requested a room service massage from their in house massage parlor but they were not able to grant our request and asked us to come down instead. Needless to say, we only used our hotel room for rest purposes at night which is why we can forgive the hotel's inherent inadequacies.
