Location- great just opposite World Trade Center, the complimentary Internet access in the Grand Lounge is a welcome plus and the staff are attentive. The rooms are very clean and the restaurants are good. Spa are amazing. . Read review

Room - Modern decor, great service and a large glass-topped desk next to the window. Restaurants at Central World, european as well and pool: Very nice pool surrounded by vegetation.

Pool - great pool area and we picked this hotel primarily due to its location near shopping. Good service, huge bathroom and excellent bar. Delicious food and modern european conference facilities. The spa is fabulous.

Very well situated close to all major shopping malls and the hotel is looking good. Staff are always helpful and the Hyatt rooms need to be updated. The restaurants are excellent, the spa fcailities are great.

Location is great - easy access to the train station, the architecture of the hotel is really nice and the concierge desk service is excellent. The new spa suites are superb and the food is really very good. The gym is very modern.
