On arrival we were pleasantly surprised by this lovely hotel, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, the rooms were very pleasant with great views, this is our second trip to Bangkok and this hotel is much nicer than the Grand China princess that we stayed in previously, the hotel got us a taxi everytime we went out and the fare was very cheap and not far at all into the centre, be very careful getting taxis back some drivers try to persuade you to.. We stayed here in March 2006 and the room was excellent, the public areas immaculately clean and inviting, the restaurant very agreeable (especially considering it was offering Italian fare in the middle of Thailand, which must create some challenges), the staff helpful and the location as good as it gets.. The rooms are air conditioned, quiet and very comfortable. The service was good though I didn't challenge them with any special requests. The included breakfast buffet is fabulous! This same restaurant serves excellent food at night with live but quiet music. It has a good location, 2 city block from the sky train and Emporium (upscale shopping mall). I never used the gym or pool but they look fine. Internet access located in the lobby for a fee. I didn't bring my computer so I used theirs.. Read review

La réception en impose, le personnel est agréable et les chambres très belles. Un système de vestiaire est disponible pour le jour du départ et l'hôtel met à disposition un vestiair où l'on peut se doucher vant de prendre l'avion et cela même en soirée alors que l'on a "rendu la chmbre", ce qui s'appelle du service.. Location easy to get skytrain, quick check in by good staffs.
The corridors didn't have any design & you don't feel your in a hotel and walking to sukhumvit big road is far away.
The rooms are air conditioned, quiet and very comfortable. The service was good though I didn't challenge them with any special requests. The included breakfast buffet is fabulous! This same restaurant serves excellent food at night with live but quiet music. It has a good location, 2 city block from the sky train and Emporium (upscale shopping mall). I never used the gym or pool but they look fine.
