Although the hotel is not conveniently located if you don't have a car, I would recommend it to all who can live without room service and other amenities of 4+star hotels that you never really use.
Spotlessly clean, quiet, everything looks like brand new, internet access included, very friendly staff, modest but tasty breakfast. Close to campus.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in October, and could not fault it. The hotel was newly renovated, bright and very clean, and the breakfast was good. The couple who own the hotel went out of their way to help us, and gave us lots of useful information about the local area (buses, sites, restaurants etc). I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.
The only slight downside is that the hotel is a few kilometres out of the city centre. However, there is a regular bus service which leaves from just outside the door.
