Check in / front desk
8.0
We stayed at the Copthorne for a shopping break and although it is central, getting anywhere on foot was not easy. To get to the Bullring, you have to go through the unaptly named Paradise Centre and some very 70s underpasses etc. 70s also sums up the Copthorne, from the brown smoked glass windows to the decor. Having said that, the room was spacious, clean and not noisy and the breakfast was fine. There are better places I am sure though, and certainly more convenient
