0I think you get what you pay for. The staff are not all that skilled in answering basic questions about travel in Singapore. They seemed to be more concerned about filling in their daily work sheets, than dealing with guests's issues.
I went to the Business Centre, to send a fax, but it was closed. When someone came to assist, she tried a quite a few times to send an o/s fax. It turned out that she forgot to add the international dialling code.
